Paid courses are unlocked using Credits.
Once unlocked, access is provided for the lifetime of the Service, subject to these Terms and Section 12 (Service Modifications).
Zipvibe does not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific course, feature, or version.
7. Credits Model (No Subscriptions)
Zipvibe does not offer subscriptions.
Paid access is provided through Credits ("Credits"), which may be purchased and used to unlock paid courses or features.
7.1 Nature of Credits
Credits:
- Are not currency
- Have no cash value
- Are not stored value or a prepaid monetary balance
- Are not redeemable for money except where required by law
- Are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed
- May not be resold or exchanged outside the Service
- Represent a limited, revocable license to access digital features within the Service
7.2 Unlock Duration
When Credits are used to unlock a course, access is provided for the lifetime of the Service.
However, Zipvibe may modify, replace, update, reorganize, or discontinue courses due to business, legal, licensing, technical, or safety reasons.
7.3 Credit Expiration Flexibility
Zipvibe may introduce expiration periods for unused Credits in the future, provided reasonable notice is given before such changes take effect.
8. Bonus and Promotional Credits
Zipvibe may grant free Credits for promotional, referral, testing, goodwill, support, or other purposes ("Bonus Credits").

Once Credits are used, or any paid course or feature is unlocked, the purchase becomes non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If a refund is required by applicable law, Zipvibe will provide a legally compliant remedy.
If purchased through a third-party platform, refunds are governed exclusively by that platform's policies.

- No paid course or paid feature has been unlocked
- No digital content requiring Credits has been accessed
11. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, you grant Zipvibe a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, modify, adapt, display, and distribute such User Content solely for operating, improving, securing, supporting, and, where applicable, anonymized or aggregated marketing purposes.
This license survives termination to the extent necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and system integrity.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any rights.
